Whiplash, primarily known for his appearances in Marvel Comics, is a supervillain characterized by the use of electrified whips as weapons.
The version most widely recognized is likely the one portrayed in the movie *Iron Man 2*. This iteration, played by Mickey Rourke, is Ivan Vanko, a Russian physicist and ex-convict.
